Consumers’ right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (Act no. 16/2016). Tell us clearly, e.g. by e-mail to gspr@gspr.is or with the model form.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of the notice. The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods.

We refund all payments, including the original delivery charge (up to the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return is provided. The refund uses the original payment method.

The buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items.

Businesses

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Businesses can contact us about returns agreed case by case.
